A bath is a powerful tool to help release negative or stuck energy. I often like to use this bath if I have been traveling or have been around a lot of people. Or just if I feel like I am getting run down.
These simple ingredients produce powerful results:
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup Sea Salt
1 cup Baking Soda
Optional: several springs of fresh Sage
Soak for at least 10 minutes. Dunk your head under the water several times, visualizing your entire energy body being cleansed and brought back into balance. When you are done empty the water seeing everything going down the drain. Take the sage and use for another bath.
I like to have a fresh glass of water next to me, to sip on while taking the bath to stay hydrated.
Once out of bath, try to air dry and put some rose oil on your heart chakra. Then, add your favorite lotion or oil. Sit for a few minutes while the lotion or oil is soaking into your skin and visualize white light around your body.
