We felt quite the buzz when we FINALLY found Bumble Bee Jasper at our last visit to the Tucson Gem Show. It is a notoriously difficult mineral to score because the volcanic mine where Bumblebee Jasper is located has activated from its previously dormant state. Yikes! It comes to us exclusively from Mount Papandayan in West Java, Indonesia. When sulfur gas is emitted from a volcano, it burns a bright blue color. As it rises and comes in contact with cool air, the gas changes into the bright yellow solid that gives Bumble Bee Jasper its name.
Sulfur is present in nature in many different forms depending on its environment. Native Americans traditionally used sulfur to unite the four directions, Mother Earth and Father Sky. This specimen is largely composed of layered gypsum, sulfur and hematite in a matrix of volcanic ash. The sulfur in the bumblebee jasper provides you with the confidence and inner power to push through your reservations, while also preventing any fear, worry or negative energy from entering your energy field. It gently “melts through” self-imposed barriers that may be preventing you from moving forward and making positive changes. The gray/black in the bumble bee jasper helps you to remain focused on transforming your life in whichever way you want. It encourages you to sort out things in your head, bringing clarity and allowing you to clarify your plan. The bumble bee jasper properties remind you to reach for the stars because the only limits are the ones you place upon yourself.
Bumblebee jasper vibrates with both the sacral and solar plexus chakras to give you a real zest for life. Connecting with its energy helps you embrace a more positive disposition and have confidence in all that you are doing. The bumble bee jasper properties remove any blocked energy within these chakras to bring forth your creative talents and increase your motivation and willpower. It helps you to manifest your highest good.
Each and every Bumble Bee Jasper stone will be different due to the nature of the stone, yet all of them are beautiful and powerful. All sales are final on these stones.
