- At sunrise, hold your jewelry in your hands, close your eyes and state your intention out loud 3 times: As the sun rises and sets each day, so do I. Every day is a brand new day.
- Put on your necklace or bracelet and plant your feet firmly in the ground. Close your eyes and place your hands in a triangle over your heart.
