How to Fall Asleep Faster

Getting a good night’s rest is essential for a productive day, filled with thinking, learning and taking action.     I find rubbing a few drops of lavender essential oil into the soles of my feet to be very effective. I then take a drop or 2 on my hands, rub them together and cup them over my nose for a few deep breaths.
