I often hear that when you come from a place of LOVE, life is easier, happier and more harmonious.
CHOOSE LOVE instead of anger.
CHOOSE LOVE instead of fear.
CHOOSE LOVE instead of hatred.
CHOOSE LOVE instead of _____________.
Basically, LOVE is the answer.
BUT what do you do when you’re not feeling very loving?
Here are some simple tools that I use to help me remember to CHOOSE LOVE:
Mantra: I come from my heart instead of my head.
Essential Oils: Place 5 to 6 drops of Rose Otto oil in your palm and rub it all over your heart chakra. The smell signals the olfactory senses to relax and LOVE.
Spiritual: Ask yourself, if I see this situation from a higher perspective and my ego was not as invested in one particular outcome, how would I feel?
Physical: Go outside for 5 minutes and breathe. DETACH from the mind and breathe into the heart.
Crystal Therapy: Lay on your back and place a piece of Rose Quartz on your heart chakra. Breathe in and out and visualize pink and green surrounding your body.
If Universal Law is true and we create our own reality, then WE have the power and choice to feel and be LOVE.
If LOVE is always around us and in us, so how does our mindset sometimes cause us to not see it?
Are we humans really that POWERFUL? Yes, we are.
