Zen living is state of mind that incorporates the total togetherness of the mind, body and spirit. Some people feel zen when they meditate, others feel zen when they are in nature.     I have had a great deal ofor grief over cooking and cleaning for 3 adults and a 12 year old. This gave me a new way to look at these chores.
