Elaine Youngs and Nicole Branagh: Professional Beach Volleyball Players Celebrate Victory on The AVP Tour While Wearing Energy Muse Jewelry

Elaine Youngs and Nicole Branagh (professional beach volleyball players and partners on the AVP Tour) shocked the beach volleyball world last month at the Cuervo Gold Crown Miami Open, unseating the reigning queens of the AVP Tour, Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh in that tournament's semifinals match.

Youngs (or EY, as she's known on the tour) and Branagh created quite a stir by besting May-Treanor and Walsh in a relatively easy 21-19, 21-19 victory. It was only the second time in 46 AVP matches that Walsh and May-Treanor did not reach the final (the last time being the Manhattan Beach Open in 2004).

That victory became much sweeter when EY and Nicole went on to win the Open in a 21-19, 21-15 finals victory over Jennifer Boss and April Ross.

Energy Muse is very proud of the fact that these incredible athletes are also fans of our jewelry. Just prior to their Miami victory, EY and Nicole came into our offices in Torrance for a personal crystal reading with Heather Askinosie. Heather then designed necklaces based on each player's reading. They are pictured here, wearing those specially designed pieces (Elaine's necklace is similar to Performance and Nicole's to Voice)
