A mandala is an instrument of meditation. By gazing at the mandala and moving your eyes towards its center, you are guided to becoming centered. Using a personal zodiac mandala, with crystals placed atop, helps to align with the cosmic energy of the stars in your birth sign. The Cancer Zodiac Mandala has Rose Quartz, Lapis Lazuli, and Moonstone stones. Rose Quartz is to bring in love. Lapiz Lazuli opens your third eye while Moonstone offers protection while you pursue your dreams.

1. Take 10 deep breaths and visualize the positive things you want to draw into your life.
2. Place your hand over the mandala to connect to the energy. Place your left index finger on the outer circle of the mandala and trace the outside of the circle 3x counterclockwise to clear the energy of the mandala.
3. Place your right index finger on the outer circle of the mandala and trace the outside 3x clockwise to open up the energy of the mandala.
4. Take each stone and place them (according to the diagram) starting at the 12 o’clock position, and continuing clockwise. State your wishes and intentions aloud as you place each stone in its place.
5. The center stone is the final stone to be placed and is symbolic of you. State aloud your clear intention of what you see yourself being, becoming, or creating.
6. Your mandala is complete. Keep it in a safe place where it won’t be disturbed for 21 days (or longer). Take a few minutes each day to gaze at the mandala and review your intentions.
7. After 21 days (or longer), when you are ready to disassemble your
mandala, remove all the crystals and cleanse them under running water until they feel clean. Put them outside in the sun or moon for 8 hours and place them back in the bag until the next time you decide to set up the mandala.

Note: If you feel that the crystals should be placed in a different pattern then suggested in the diagram, please trust your intuition and place accordingly. Most importantly, have fun, wish BIG, and manifest your dreams.
