Can I visit and shop at your headquarters office?

What is the shipping policy?

Energy Muse does not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays.
Orders ship within 3-10 business days. Occassionnally orders will take longer depending upon gemstone availability. We will notify you if this is the case.


Continental US orders are shipped via UPS. All Continental US orders must ship to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.


Credit card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up e-mail confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax.


All orders to street addresses will be shipped via United Parcel Service ("UPS"). Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Saturday or Sunday. We are not able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes except in the case of APO or FPO addresses.


You may request expedited delivery for an additional fee. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.


Shipping may be delayed due to out-of-stock items, as we only ship complete orders to keep your shipping costs low. We will notify you if your order is delayed.

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping, what is being shipped and how quickly wish to receive your Energy Muse jewelry. As you checkout, you have the option to select next day, two day or UPS Ground, etc.

Why does my Energy Muse jewelry piece look different than the picture on the website?

All of the gemstones and crystals we use in our jewelry are natural and come from Mother Nature. Due to this, the size, color, and pattern (striations, mixing of colors , etc.) of the beads will vary. However, the slight variance in color or pattern will in no way compromise the intention and energy of your piece!

When does an order get shipped?

To ensure the highest possible quality, every Energy Muse piece is carefully handcrafted, energized and cleansed. As a result delivery of your Energy Muse piece may take 3 to 10 business days from time of order. We will contact you if we anticipate a major delay in your order.

Can I check the status of my backorder online?

Yes. You can log into your Energy Muse Account from our website and check any backorder messages. We try to update these as often as possible, so if you don't see an update after a few days you can contact us at shipping@energymuse.com and we will be happy to give you an update.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Check and U.S. Money Orders. We do not accept Discover, Debit Cards, Cash or Travelers Checks. Money Orders must be issued by a United States Bank.

Is my credit card safe?

Yes. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure.

Can I return or exchange merchandise?

Merchandise can be returned unworn and in its original condition for full credit within 14 days of the date it left our studio/warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the merchandise). You must get a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Energy Muse and get the merchandise to a shipper to return back to us.


Any returns or exchanges after 14 days will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.

No returns or exhanges will be accepted after 30 days.


Request an RMA by emailing Energy Muse at customerservice@energymuse.com and provide us with either your order Confirmation Number (for orders placed online) or Invoice Number (for orders placed via phone or walk-in) and a description of the item you wish to return.


Customers outside of the United States must request an RMA within 21 days of studio/warehouse shipment date.


NOTE: The merchandise does not have to be physically received back at the Energy Muse Jewelry studio/warehouse within 14 days (U.S.) or 21 days (International), but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA). RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the merchandise being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return the merchandise.


As soon as your valid return is received and processed, you will be credited for the cost of the merchandise minus shipping charges. Most returns are processed within 10 days of receipt in our warehouse. Credit/refund reflection is dependent upon your bank’s cycle.


It is recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Energy Muse Jewelry to replace it.

Can I cancel my order?


Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order, as quickly and accurately as possible, we are usually unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. In most cases the items are shipped out to you within 24 hours of us receiving your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email us at shipping@energymuse.com

Only California residents will be charged sales tax which is 8.75%.

What else should I know about my jewelry purchase?

Energy Muse Jewelry, LLC is specially designed to enhance the wearer's own energy. The jewelry is empowered by the wearer's personal intentions to change or improve them. As an energy enhancer, Energy Muse Jewelry, LLC relies on the wearer to be effective. The responsibility for empowering the energy enhancing capability of Energy Muse Jewelry LLC is solely with the wearer. Therefore, no express warranties are given and no affirmation of Energy Muse Jewelry LLC by words or actions will constitute a warranty. Energy Muse Jewelry LLC is sold on an "as is" basis. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the jewelry is with the buyer and or wearer. Should the jewelry prove defective following its purchase, the buyer and or wearer, and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. Do not wear in water. Restringing available if needed.

Which length of necklace should I buy? 16 1/2", 19" or 21 1/2"?


Most Energy Muse Jewelry is unisex. Some of the necklaces and bracelets have various sizes. For necklaces, the most common length for women is 16 1/2". The most common length for men is 19". For bracelets, the most common length for women is 7.5". The most common length for men is 8".
