Juicing is a great way to get the all the nutrients and vitamins from fruits and vegetables. This way you can pack multiple servings of vegetables into one cup of juice. Drinking one each morning leaves your feeling awake, energized and ready for the day! We have tried out quite a few green juice recipes over the past few months, but these are definitely our favorite. Share your favorite juicing recipes with us!



Happy Green Juice

1 cucumber
2 celery stalks
2 pears
1/3 honeydew
6-8 kale leaves
1/2 lemon
1 inch of ginger





Drink Your Produce Juice

4 carrots
1 cucumber
1-2 cups of spinach
1 lemon
1 gala or pink lady apple
1 pear

Green Lemonade

3 cups spinach
1 lemon
1 cucumber
1 pear
1 gala apple


Try to use mostly organic product and make sure to clean your vegetables really well before juicing. Juice your fruits and vegetables, pour over ice and enjoy!
