Get Rid of Anxiety and Move from Fear to Fearlessness

Going into a new year is kind of like when a character opens a door in a scary movie. Not only is there the anxiety of having to move forward, but there’s also the fear of not knowing what lies ahead. As the days of December run out, and January creeps in, suspense builds. A new year reminds us of the progression of time. We start to question our lives and where we are in them. We fear that we won’t accomplish all that we’ve set out to, or that our lives won’t turn out how we dreamed. Cue the existential crisis. Just like in horror, the best way to ruin a scary effect to examine it through a rational gaze. Shine a light on your own fear and get rid of anxiety. If you’re afraid of your life going nowhere, the good news is: you can change it!

Fear can often arise quickly when we least expect it. Fear of the unknown. Fear of the future. Fear of being still. Fear of the thoughts that fill your head. Fear of spiders. The list goes on and on! When fear rears its fearful head, it’s time to take action. Use this crystal ritual to get rid of anxiety and fear and gain the confidence to become the hero of your own story. Transform your fears into goals, and know that you will manifest them using your own power.

Get Rid of Anxiety with This Crystal Ritual

What you’ll need:

Time Frame:  11 minutes for 40 days

Clear Intentions Ritual Steps: You want to begin this ritual as soon as you can, to give yourself time to release and clear negative patterns before the start of 2017. 

  1. When you feel overcome with fear and a rush of anxiety, STOP and SLOW DOWN.
  2. Go into your crystal tool kit and grab your calming crystals for anxiety. For the quickest formula to get rid of anxiety, hold a piece of selenite in each hand and place Lepidolite over your heart.
  3. Close your eyes and begin to breathe deeply. Breathe out fear. Breathe in security. Breathe out anxiety. Breathe in calmness. Repeat this for 3-5 minutes.
  4. As you breathe, think to yourself, if you were to see your fear or anxiety on a movie screen, what would it look like? Would it be emotional, full of panic or frozen? Allow the soothing colors of white light and lavender to penetrate your aura. Your perspective of your fear and anxiety will become more manageable
  5. As you slow down and see your movie playing out, you can rewind the movie to see where the fear began. What stimulated it and how did it escalate? As you see this as something outside of yourself, it loosens its hold on you. If fear is a product of your mind, then you must address your mind to heal the fear and anxiety.
  6. Feel the selenite and lepidolite calming your mind and detaching from the darkness to align with the light.
  7. Lay with the crystals on your body for 11 to 20 minutes until you get rid of anxiety and you begin to feel fearless.
  8. As a daily reminder each day, wear your Stress Free Wrap on your right wrist. When you feel a rush of anxiety coming on, look down at your wrist and know that you can shift your state to calm.
